油田油气站场改扩建工程安全评价难点分析

Analysis on the Safety Evaluation Difficulties in Reconstruction and Expansion Projects of Oil and Gas Station in Oilfields

油田内老旧油气站场进行改扩建时,部分新建设备设施与原有设备设施之间相互交叉现象时有发生。在对站场内改扩建工程进行安全评价的过程中,原有设备设施需不需要进行评价,新建设备与原有设备之间安全距离如何确定,站内原有供电及消防系统是否需要评价,这些问题时常困扰着刚进入安全评价行业的人员。对改扩建工程安全评价中的难点进行分析,为其他从业人员提供参考。

During the reconstruction and expansion of old oil and gas stations in oilfields,there is cross phenomenon between some new equipment and facilities and the original ones.In the process of safety evaluation of the reconstruction and expansion projects in the station yard,such issues as whether the original equipment and facilities need to be evaluated or not,how to determine the safety distance between the new equipment and the original one,whether the original power supply and firefighting system in the station need to be evaluated or not often puzzle new personnel in safety assessment industry.This paper analyzes the difficulties in safety evaluation on reconstruction and extension projects,which provides reference for other practitioners.
