油气泄漏安全管理浅析及对策

Brief Analysis on Safety Management of Oil and Gas Leakage and the Countermeasures

油库、加油站是石油化工产品(成品油)的末端储存点,具有点多面广、易燃、易爆、易挥发等特性,一旦发生泄漏,将会带来严重的环保事件和不可估量的次生安全事故。随着人们环境安全意识的不断增强,国家环境保护等法律法规的不断完善,对油气泄漏安全管理方面的重视程度也不断提高,如何避免老旧油库、加油站油气泄漏成为了当前销售企业亟需解决的实际问题。文章结合当前油库、加油站的实际情况,对如何避免油气泄漏等问题进行浅析及提出对策。

Oil depots and gas stations are the terminal storage spots of petrochemical products(product oil).There are a lot of such spots covering large area and the product oil stored in them is inflammable,explosive,and volatile.Once leakage occurs,it will bring serious environmental incidents and immeasurable secondary safety accidents.With continuous enhancement of people’s environmental safety awareness and unceasing improvement of national environmental protection laws and regulations,the emphasis on safety management of oil and gas leakage is also increasing.How to avoid oil and gas leakage at old oil depots and gas stations has become an urgent practical problem to solve for current oil and gas sales companies.Combining with the actual situation of oil depots and gas stations,this paper analyzes the problems including how to avoid oil and gas leakage briefly and proposes the countermeasures.
