Main Pollutants and Control Countermeasures of LNG Terminals

LNG接收站作为清洁能源项目,与其他能源项目相比,产污环节较少。但在生产运行过程中,接收站不可避免的会产生废(污)水、废气、固体废物、噪声等环境污染物,不加控制,同样会对环境造成不利影响。文章全面梳理了LNG接收站生产运行过程中产生的废(污)水、废气、固体废物和噪声等污染物及排放标准要求,结合实际工作经验,阐述了总量指标控制下达标排放、合规管理的对策措施。

As clean energy projects,LNG terminals are less polluting than other energy projects.But in the process of production operation,the terminals will inevitably produce environmental pollutants such as waste(sewage)water,waste gas,solid wastes and noise.Without control,they will also have adverse impacts on the environment.This paper summarizes the pollutants including waste water(sewage),waste gas,solid wastes and noise produced in the production process of LNG terminals and requirements in emission standards for these pollutants.Combining with the actual work experience,the paper expounds the countermeasures for discharge within controlling index of national standard and compliance management under the control of total indicator.
