摘要
城市群是中国未来城镇化发展的主要形式,也是碳排放的密集区和核心区。构建低碳的城市群空间结构,实现城市群低碳发展是中国应对全球气候变化的重要途径之一。文章针对城市群空间结构在低碳发展过程存在的内在关联机制,构建了城市群RI-AER-FTIE 低碳规划模型,并以广西境内纳入北部湾城市群的6 个地级市为例展开实证研究,探讨北部湾城市群低碳导向下的空间优化发展方向。
Urban agglomerations are the main form of China's future urbanization development, as well as the intensive areas and core areas of carbon emissions. Building a low-carbon spatial structure of urban agglomeration and realizing low-carbon development of urban agglomerations is one of the important ways for China to cope with global climate change. RI-AER-FTIE low-carbon planning model of urban agglomeration was constructed based on the internal correlation mechanism of urban agglomeration spatial structure in the process of low carbon development. In this paper, the urban agglomeration in Beibu gulf of Guangxi is taken as the empirical research object, and the spatial optimal development direction of urban agglomeration under the low-carbon orientation is discussed by using RI-AER-FTIE low-carbon planning model.
