摘要
文章以三明市中小物流企业员工为研究对象,探究薪酬保密制度对员工薪酬满意度的影响关系。结果表明,薪酬保密制度在组织政策、强制执行和组织规范三个方面正向影响员工对分配公平与程序公平的感知以及员工的薪酬满意度,员工对分配公平与程序公平的感知在薪酬保密制度与员工薪酬满意度之间起中介作用。
Taking the employees of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Sanming City as the research subjects,this paper investigates the relationship between salary confidentiality system and employee’s salary satisfaction.Empirical analysis shows that salary confidentiality system has a positive impact on employee’s perception of distribution fairness and procedural fairness as well as employee’s salary satisfaction,employee’s distribution fairness and organizational norms.The perception of procedural fairness plays an intermediary role between the salary confidentiality system and employee’s salary satisfaction.
