摘要
近年来,网购以其独有的快捷性、新颖性深受广大消费者青睐,互联网技术和自媒体的进一步发展催生了一种新型电子商务——微商。微商在推动社会发展的同时也存在很多弊端,尤其是对消费者安全权、知情权、公平交易权、求偿权、反悔权可能造成一定侵害。此时,完善各种配套措施,从市场监管、救济制度、自身建设等方面破解其对消费者权益保护带来的问题刻不容缓。
In recent years,the on-line shopping has been greatly welcomed by consumers for its unique character of convenience and novelty.The further development of internet technology and We-media gave birth to a new type of e-business--Wechat business.This business model,though promoting social development,has many problems,especially the possible infringement for the consumer’s right of safety,right to know,right of fare trade,right of claiming,right of rescission.It is suggested to complete various related systems and solve the problems from the aspects of market supervision,relief system,and self-construction.
