摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子19(FGF19)是成纤维细胞生长因子家族中的一员,通过与成纤维细胞生长因子受体4(FGFR4)结合,不仅参与胆汁酸、葡萄糖、脂质和能量代谢的调节,还与肝细胞癌的发生、发展和转移密切关系。研究发现,FGF19/FGFR4信号通路通过多种途径促进肝细胞癌细胞生存、增殖、侵袭与转移,阐明FGF19/FGFR4信号通路在肝细胞癌进程中的作用机制可为其靶向治疗提供依据。 Fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19)is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family,which is not only involved in the regulation of bile acids,glucose,lipids and energy metabolism by binding to fibroblast growth factor receptor 4(FGFR4),but also closely related to the occurrence,development and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.The study found that FGF19/FGFR4 signaling pathway promotes the survival,proliferation,invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells through various pathways.So elucidating the mechanism of FGF19/FGFR4 signaling pathway in the process of hepatocellular carcinoma can provide a basis for its targeted therapy.
