气管恶性肿瘤的综合治疗模式

The comprehensive treatment patterns of tracheal malignancies

气管恶性肿瘤是一种发病率极低的恶性肿瘤,多采取以局部治疗为主的多学科综合治疗,手术或内镜下切除及放射治疗在综合治疗中均起到了重要作用。本文回顾近年来对气管恶性肿瘤的治疗经验,讨论手术、放疗、化疗、靶向药物治疗对气管恶性肿瘤的贡献。

Malignant neoplasm of trachea with very low incidence is subject to multidisciplinary synthetic therapy dominated by local treatment.Surgical or endoscopic resection and radiation therapy play an important role in the comprehensive treatment.This study reviews therapeutic experience of malignant neoplasm of trachea in recent years and discusses the contributions of surgery,radiation,chemotherapy and targeted drug to the cure of this disease.
