摘要
本文以STAR-CCM+作为三维数值模拟软件,对某柴油发动机最大进气升程下的进气道和缸内的流场特性进行模拟分析,通过模拟分析对比了更改发动机缸径对进气的影响,可以比较直观的了解进气道和缸内流场,为进气道结构优化、评价、再设计以及燃烧室的匹配提供了方法和依据。
In this thesis,STAR-CCM+is used as a three-dimensional numerical simulation software to simulate and analyze the flow field characteristics of the intake port and cylinder of a diesel engine at the maximum intake lift.The influence of changing the engine cylinder diameter on the intake is compared through simulation and analysis.The intake port and the flow field in the cylinder can be intuitively understood,which can provide for the optimization,evaluation,redesign of the intake port structure and matching of the combustion chamber.The method and basis are given.
