发动机进气系统消声量试验与仿真分析

摘要 以某非增压发动机的进气系统为研究对象,简介进气系统的主要声学设计方法,并对变更前后的进气系统消声量进行试验,采用声学有限元法进行仿真分析。试验和仿真结果表明,两套进气系统的消声量水平总体相当,仿真分析可以反映出不同频率段的差异和趋势,且与试验结果是相似的;在中低频率范围,仿真与试验的峰值频率对应较好。 The rearch was studied on an intake system of a non-supercharged engine.The main acoustic design method of intake system was introduced.The noise reduction test was proceed before and after modification,and the acoustic finite element method was used for simulation analysis.Experiments and simulation results indicated that,noise reduction level of both intake systems was generally equal.Simulation analysis can reflect the differences and trends of different frequency bands,and the results are similar to the test results.In the middle and low frequency range,the peak frequency of simulation and experiment corresponds well.
