微课程在儿科护士儿童CRP培训的效果观察

摘要 目的评价微课程在儿科护士儿童CRP培训的效果。方法选入2016年12月-2018年12月市东医院及新华医院100名儿科护士作为研究对象。采用抽签法的分组形式,将其平均分成实验组(n=50,采用微课程培训法)与对照组(n=50,采用基础培训法),对比儿童CRP知识考核之后的理论成绩与操作成绩、学习满意度。结果实验组护士的理论成绩为(47.3±1.1)分,操作成绩为(47.5±1.1)分。对照组护士的理论成绩为(31.2±2.2)分,操作成绩为(33.6±2.2)分,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护士的满意度为96.0%,对照组护士的满意度为80.0%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护士儿童CRP培训的过程中,微课程培训法的应用有助于提升护士的理论知识与操作技能的掌握水平。 Objective To evaluate the effect of micro-curriculum in CRP training for pediatric nurses and children.Methods 100 pediatric nurses from December 2016 to December 2018 in Shidong Hospital and Xinhua Hospital were selected as subjects.The group was divided into experimental group(n=50,using micro-course training method)and control group(n=50,using basic training method).To compare the theoretical and operational results and learning satisfaction of children after CRP knowledge assessment.Results The theoretical and operational scores of nurses in the experimental group were(47.3±1.1)points and(47.5±1.1)points respectively.The theoretical score and operational score of nurses in the control group were(31.2±2.2)points and(33.6±2.2)points respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the experimental group was 96.0%,and that of nurses in the control group was 80.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of CRP training for children of pediatric nurses,the application of micro-course training method is helpful to improve the mastery level of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nurses,and has high popularization value.
