摘要
精准医疗已成为现代医学发展的新方向,影像医学是一门交叉学科,精准医疗的发展对影像医学人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。影像医学传统教学模式容易造成理论知识与临床应用脱节,遵循医学教育的基本规律,顺应2030健康中国的需求,影像医学教学必须积极改革传统的教学模式。以培养专业能力为导向,针对不同专业本科生与住培医生,综合应用现代教学方法,紧扣专业能力需求进行区别教学,重点培养本科生与住培医生专业相关的影像诊断能力。本文分析了传统教学模式存在的问题、专业能力导向教学模式具体的方法与优势,最终达到培养高质量医学人才的目的。
Precision medicine has become a new direction in the development of modern medicine and medical imaging is an interdisciplinary subject.The development of precision medical put forward higher requirements for the training quality of medical imaging doctors.The traditional teaching mode of medical imaging may lead to the disconnection between theoretical knowledge and clinical application.Following the basic laws of medical education and adapting to the China requirements of healthy in 2030,the teaching of imaging medicine must actively reform the traditional teaching mode.The undergraduate and resident doctors of different majors mainly focus on cultivating the diagnostic ability of professional ability-oriented by using comprehensive modern teaching methods and closely follows the professional ability requirements to carry out differentiated teaching.This paper aims to analyze the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode.The purpose mainly focuses on the methods and advantages of the professional ability-oriented teaching mode and to cultivate the professional ability of image medical for undergraduates and residents.
