PBL教学法在胸心外科教学中的应用效果观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨PBL教学法在胸心外科教学中的应用效果。方法选取在我院实习的胸心外科专业的46名学生,按照教学方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组各23名。对照组给予学生传统教学方法,观察组给予学生PBL教学法,对比两组学生的理论知识成绩,临床基础技能成绩以及学生学习兴趣、主观能动性、语言表达能力、临床思维能力等各项指标。结果观察组学生理论知识、临床基础技能成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对提高学生学习兴趣、主观能动性、语言表达能力、临床思维能力等方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸心外科教学中实施PBL教学法,教学效果显著。 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in teaching of cardiothoracic surgery.Methods 46 students majoring in cardiothoracic surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different teaching methods,23 students in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching methods,while the observation group was given PBL teaching methods.The theoretical knowledge,basic clinical skills,learning interest,subjective initiative,language expression ability and clinical thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and basic clinical skills of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in improving students’learning interest,subjective initiative,language expression ability and clinical thinking ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PBL teaching method in teaching of cardiothoracic surgery,the teaching effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
