Objective To study and analyze the feasibility of role-playing in posture teaching of nursing interns in operating room. Methods 88 intern nurses from February to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were grouped according to the order of admission. Both groups received PPT training. The control group carried out the traditional clinical teaching mode. The observation group used role-playing to teach the operation posture. After the practice, the theoretical and practical results of the two groups were compared, and the satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated. Results The scores of theory and practice of nursing students in observation group(89.83±4.75)points and practical operation(86.23±4.66)points were higher than those in control group(86.33±5.64)points and practical operation(83.15±4.91)points.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of 44 interns in the observation group was97.7%,which was higher than 75.0%in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of role-playing in the teaching of surgical posture for nursing students in operating room can effectively improve their academic performance and satisfaction.
