摘要
目的分析并研究低离子聚凝胺技术在输血检验交叉配血中的临床应用效果。方法抽取本院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的进行数输血治疗的120例患者作为本次研究对象。应用数字随机法,将其分为两组,即常规组60例、研究组60例。常规组患者使用常规的盐水法来进行交叉配血,研究组患者使用低离子聚凝胺技术进行交叉配血,对比分析两组患者的临床应用效果。结果研究组阳性检出率为15.00%,高于常规组的3.33%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,研究组的稳定性为95.00%,高于常规组的80.00%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的准确率为98.33%,高于常规组的81.67%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的灵敏度为96.67%,高于常规组的78.33%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低离子聚凝胺技术在输血检验交叉配血能够有效的提高阳性检出率,准确性较高且其具有较佳的灵敏度与稳定性,比传统盐水法更安全可靠。
Objective To analyze and study the clinical application effect of low-ion polycondensate amine technology in cross matching of blood transfusion test.Methods 120 cases of blood transfusion treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups:60 cases in the routine group and 60 cases in the research group.Routine group used conventional saline method for cross matching,while the study group used low-ion polycondensate amine technology for cross matching.The clinical application effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The positive detection rate of the study group was 15.00%,which was higher than that of the routine group(3.33%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,the stability of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the conventional group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy of the study group was 98.33%,which was higher than that of the routine group(81.67%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The sensitivity of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 78.33%of the routine group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Low ion polycondensation amine technology can effectively improve the positive detection rate in cross matching blood transfusion test,with high accuracy and better sensitivity and stability.It is safer and more reliable than traditional saline method.
