两种交叉配血技术在临床输血检验中的应用比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨低离子凝聚胺技术与卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中的应用比较。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2018年1月来我院治疗的684例输血患者临床资料。根据不同交叉配血技术分为MPT组与MGT组。统计比较两种检测技术结果配血不合阳性率、诊断性及诊断正确率。结果MPT组配血不合阳性率高于MGT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MGT组阳性率、灵敏度、阳性似然比及正确诊断率均高于MPT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),阴性率、阴性似然比及错误诊断率均低于MPT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组检测特异性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡式微柱凝胶技术在临床配血检测中准确率优于低离子凝聚胺技术,但两种技术各有优劣,所以在操作过程中操作者应当根据实际情况熟练判断分析,合理选择确保输血安全。 Objective To investigate the application of low ion polybrene technique and card-type microcolumn gel test in clinical blood transfusion test.Methods The clinical data of 684 patients with transfusion who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different cross-matching techniques,they were divided into MPT group and MGT group.The results of the two test techniques,the positive rate of mismatching,diagnostic and diagnostic accuracy were counted and compared.Results The positive rate of mismatching in MPT group was higher than that in MGT group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate,sensitivity,positive likelihood ratio and correct diagnosis rate of MGT group were higher than those of MPT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative rate,negative likelihood ratio and misdiagnosis rate of MPT group were lower than those of MPT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in specificity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of card-type microcolumn gel test in clinical blood matching test is better than that of low ion polybrene technique,but the two technologies have their own advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,the operator should judge and analyze according to the actual situation during operation,and choose test to make safe blood transfusion.
