摘要
目的对于CNA、CEA以及TSGF联合检测在肺癌疾病中的应用方法以及诊断价值进行分析。方法随机选取本院2014年1月-2019年1月内科住院肺癌患者200例进行分析,所选200例肺癌患者全部通过病理获得明确诊断。同期随机选取100例肺部良性病变患者资料和100例健康体检人群作为对照,总结CNA、CEA以及TSGF联合检测对于肺癌疾病的诊断价值。结果肺癌患者的CNA、CEA以及TSGF水平高于肺部良性病变以及健康人群;CNA、CEA以及TSGF联合检测能够显著提升检测特异性与敏感性,和单项检测对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者的血清CNA、CEA以及TSGF水平显著升高,临床中开展CNA、CEA以及TSGF联合检测能够显著提升肺癌疾病的诊断敏感性以及准确性。
Objective To analyze the application methods and diagnostic value of combined detection of CNA,CEA and TSGF in lung cancer.Methods A total of 200 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were randomly selected.All200 patients with lung cancer were diagnosed by pathology.100 patients with benign pulmonary lesions and 100 patients were randomly selected.As a control,the health check-up population summarized the diagnostic value of combined detection of CNA,CEA and TSGF for lung cancer.Results The levels of CNA,CEA and TSGF in patients with lung cancer were higher than those in healthy and benign patients.CNA,CEA and TSGF combined detection can significantly improve the specificity and sensitivity of detection,and there are statistical differences compared with single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of CNA,CEA and TSGF in lung cancer patients are significantly increased.The combined detection of CNA,CEA and TSGF in clinical practice can significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of lung cancer diseases.
