冠心病患者心电图平面QRS-T夹角的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Electrocardiographic Plane QRS-T Angle in Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨冠心病患者心电图平面QRS-T夹角的特点及临床意义。方法选取2017年4月-2018年4月84例在我院进行治疗的冠心病患者作为研究对象。按照患者常规心电图平面QRS-T夹角,将84例患者平均分为甲组、乙组、丙组,甲组:QRS-T夹角<50°,乙组:50°≤QRS-T夹角≤100°,丙组:QRS-T夹角>100°,比较三组患者的心电图结果及治疗前后心电图平面QRS-T夹角。结果甲组、乙组房(室)性期前收缩与室上性心动过速的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),丙组室性心动过速发生率高于甲组、乙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后心电图平面QRS-T夹角小于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者心电图平面QRS-T夹角的临床意义研究过程中,对患者进行有效地治疗,可以明显减小患者心电图平面QRS-T夹角。

Objective To explore the characteristics and clinical significance of QRS-T angle in ECG plane of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 84 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the QRS-T angle of the patients’routine ECG plane,84 patients were divided into group A,group B and group C on average.Group A:QRS-T angle<50°.Group B:the angle between 50°and QRS-T is less than 100°.Group C:QRS-T angle>100°.The electrocardiogram results and the QRS-T angle of ECG plane before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of atrial(ventricular)premature contraction and supraventricular tachycardia between group A and group B(P>0.05).The incidence of ventricular tachycardia in group C was higher than that in group A and group B,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the angle of QRS-T in ECG plane was smaller than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical significance of QRS-T Angle in the ECG plane of patients with coronary heart disease.
