血液透析联合血液灌流治疗透析患者肾性骨病的效果

Hemodialysis Combined With Hemoperfusion in Patients With Renal Osteodystrophy

目的观察透析患者肾性骨病应用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗的疗效及血钙水平及生活质量。方法选取2017年5月-2018年5月在我院行透析治疗的108例肾性骨病患者作为研究对象,将其分2组,每组54例,对照组行血液透析治疗,观察组在血液透析基础联合血液灌流治疗,比较两组疗效、血钙及生活质量。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.44%,比对照组的81.48%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗后血钙比对照组水平高,血磷、iPTH均比对照组水平低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析、血液灌流联合治疗肾性骨病患者的疗效确切,能改善血钙、血磷等水平,缓解骨病症状,改善病情,还能提高患者生活质量,促进预后。

Objective To observe the curative effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in patients with renal osteodystrophy and its effects on blood calcium level and quality of life.Methods 108 patients with renal osteodystrophy who underwent dialysis treatment in the Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into two groups,with 54 cases in each group:patients in the control group underwent hemodialysis treatment,and those in the observation group were treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.The efficacy,blood calcium and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total rate of effective treatment in the observation group was 94.44%,higher than that in the control group,which was 81.48%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood calcium level in the observation group was shown to be higher than that in the control group,and the serum phosphorus and iPTH were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were shown to be better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with renal osteodystrophy,the combination of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion is with definite curative effect,which can help increase the levels of blood calcium and blood phosphorus,alleviate the symptoms of bone diseases,and improve the disease severity,and the patients’quality of life as well as prognosis.
