对比两种手术方式治疗宫外孕及对术后受孕率的影响

The Effect of Two Surgical Methods on Ectopic Pregnancy and Pregnancy Rate After Operation

目的研究分析针对宫外孕采用开腹手术一级腹腔镜手术治疗对术后受孕的改善情况。方法选取2017年2月-2018年2月在本院治疗的宫外孕患者92例作为研究对象。经电脑随机法分组,分别为观察组(46例)与对照组(46例)。对照组患者开展开腹手术,观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术。对比两组患者的治疗效果以及术后受孕率和输卵管再通率。结果观察组术后住院时间、肛门排气时间、留置导尿管时间、下床活动时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后的输卵管再通率以及受孕率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上采取腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕效果良好,对患者的创伤小,术后恢复快,且术后受孕率高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparotomy and laparoscopy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and the improvement of pregnancy after operation.Methods 92 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases).The patients in the control group underwent laparotomy.The patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effect,pregnancy rate and fallopian tube recanalization rate were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,anal exhaust time,indwelling catheter time and getting out of bed activity time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fallopian tube recanalization rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is effective in treating ectopic pregnancy,with less trauma,faster recovery and higher pregnancy rate.
