震荡排痰联合布地奈德对毛细支气管肺炎分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨全胸多频震荡排痰机联合雾化吸入布地奈德治疗毛细支气管肺炎临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的毛细支气管肺炎患儿124例作为研究对象。计算机随机分成对照组与观察组,每组各62例。两组患儿均接受常规药物治疗。对照组患儿接受全胸多频震荡排痰机治疗。观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上,雾化布地奈德治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能。结果观察组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组,两组患儿临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿FEV1、FEF50%、PEF、FVC较治疗前升高,其中,观察组患儿FEV1、FEF50%、PEF、FVC水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全胸多频震荡排痰机联合雾化吸入布地奈德治疗毛细支气管肺炎疗效较好,能显著提高临床疗效,改善肺功能。 Objective To investigate treatment effect of bronchiolitis pneumonia with whole chest multi-frequency vibration sputum elimination machine combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation.Methods A total of 124 children with bronchiolitis pneumonia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 62 cases in each group.Both groups received routine drug treatment,the control group received the whole chest multi-frequency vibration sputum elimination machine,while the observation group received the whole chest multi-frequency vibration sputum elimination machine combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1,FEF50%,PEF and FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment.The levels of FEV1,FEF50%,PEF and FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the whole chest multi-frequency vibration sputum elimination machine combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can effectively ameliorate the pulmonary function for children with bronchiolitis pneumonia.
