阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效分析

The Efficacy and Adverse Events of Amoxicillin Combined With Pectin in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的分析阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效及不良事件。方法选择本院2018年1月-2019年1月收治80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,并将其分成两组。对照组40例采用克拉霉素联合果胶铋治疗,研究组40例采用阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效及不良事件。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率95.00%,比对照组的77.50%高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者症状消失时间、胃黏膜愈合时间短于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,能缩短患者症状消失及胃黏膜愈合时间,减少不良反应发生,有效提高患者临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse events of amoxicillin combined with pectin in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group were treated with clarithromycin combined with bismuth pectin.40 cases in study group were treated with amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin.The clinical efficacy and adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,higher than 77.50%of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms and the healing time of gastric mucosa in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%,lower than 25.00%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of amoxicillin combined with pectin in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis could shorten the disappearance of symptoms and the healing time of gastric mucosa,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients.
