依匹斯汀联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果

The Effect of Epistine Combined With Runzao Zhiyang Capsule on Chronic Urticaria

目的探讨临床采用盐酸依匹斯汀联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法选取我院2017年4月-2018年6月接收的慢性荨麻疹患者100例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表分组。对照组实施盐酸依匹斯汀治疗,联合用药组则实施盐酸依匹斯汀加上,润燥止痒胶囊治疗。比较对照组、联合用药组疗效;慢性荨麻疹瘙痒消失时间、风团消失时间;治疗前后患者荨麻疹症状积分情况;不良反应。结果联合用药组疗效、慢性荨麻疹瘙痒消失时间、风团消失时间、荨麻疹症状积分情况相比较对照组更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组不良反应与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸依匹斯汀加上润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果理想。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of epistine hydrochloride combined with runzao zhiyang capsule in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 100 patients with chronic urticaria received in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Random number table was used for grouping.The control group was treated with epistine hydrochloride.The combination group was treated with epistine hydrochloride plus runzao zhiyang capsule.The curative effect of the control group and the combination group,the disappearance time of chronic urticaria pruritus and wind mass,the score of urticaria symptoms before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were compared.Results The curative effect,the disappearance time of chronic urticaria pruritus,the disappearance time of wind mass and the score of urticaria symptoms in the combined drug group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the combined drug group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Epistine hydrochloride plus runzao zhiyang capsule has ideal effect on chronic urticaria.
