益肾固本膏方联合金匮肾气丸治疗支气管哮喘

Yishen Guben Ointment Prescription Combined With Jinkui Shenqi Pill in the Treatment of Deficiency

目的探讨益肾固本膏方联合金匮肾气丸治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者的效果。方法选取2017年11月-2018年11月我院接收的肾虚型支气管哮喘缓解期患者78例作为研究对象。按照治疗方案不同,将其分为联合组(n=39)与参照组(n=39)。参照组采用金匮肾气丸治疗,联合组采用益肾固本膏方+金匮肾气丸治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第1秒最大呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)]水平,免疫功能指标(CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)水平。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率为92.31%(36/39),高于参照组的74.36%(29/39),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与参照组相比,联合组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾虚型支气管哮喘缓解期采用益肾固本膏方联合金匮肾气丸治疗效果显著,能改善肺功能及免疫功能。

Objective To explore the effect of yishen guben ointment combined with jinkui shenqi pill in the treatment of patients with asthma of kidney deficiency at remission stage.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,78 patients with asthma of kidney deficiency type in remission stage were selected and divided into combined group(n=39)and reference group(n=39)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with jinkui shenqi pill,while the combined group was treated with yishen guben ointment prescription+jinkui shenqi pill.The curative effect,lung function index(FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF)and immune function index(CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 92.31%(36/39)in the combined group,which was higher than 74.36%(29/39)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the combined group were higher after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen guben ointment combined with jinkui shenqi pill is effective in the remission stage of bronchial asthma of kidney deficiency type.It can improve lung function and immune function.
