中医外治法在皮肤科临床应用中的价值研究

Study on the Value of External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Clinical Application of Dermatology

目的探讨中医外治法在皮肤科临床应用中的价值研究。方法选取2018年6月-2019年2月我院收治的湿疹患者40例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组患者采用西药治疗,研究组患者采用西药治疗的基础上,加用中医外治法。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为95.0%,优于对照组70.0%的治疗有效率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗前心理、生理、人际交往、社会活动以及家庭方面的指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗后两组患者的心理、生理、人际交往、社会活动以及家庭方面等指标均得到降低,并且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在湿疹的治疗过程当中,中医外治法的治疗效果较为理想,其毒副作用相对较小,能够有效的提高治疗的效果,有利于中医外治法于皮肤科。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of external treatment of TCM in dermatology.Methods 40 cases of eczema patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to Feburary 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine;patients in the study group were treated with western medicine without external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.0%,which was better than that in the control group(70.0%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in psychological,physiological,interpersonal,social activities and family indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the psychological,physiological,interpersonal,social activities,family and other indicators of the two groups were reduced,and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of treatment of eczema,the effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is more ideal,its side effects are relatively small,can effectively improve the effect of treatment,is conducive to the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in dermatology.
