Objective To explore and analyze the effects of family-centered clinical nursing program on the physical rehabilitation of children with developmental hip dislocation. Methods 76 cases of developmental dislocation of hip in children from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing after operation. The observation group was given family-centered clinical nursing program. The rehabilitation of limb function, nursing satisfaction of family members and the incidence of complications were compared. Results Compared with before nursing, the scores of FMA and Barthel in the two groups increased after nursing, and the scores in the observation group improved more significantly than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction and lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family-centered clinical nursing program on the basis of routine nursing after operation in children with developmental dislocation of hip can promote the improvement of limb function, reduce the incidence of complications, and help the families of children to obtain better nursing satisfaction.
