药物自我管理训练对精神分裂症的护理观察

Nursing Observation on Drug Self-management Training on Schizophrenia

目的精神分裂症患者护理应用药物自我管理训练的效果。方法选取我院2016年7月-2017年7月精神科诊治的108例精神分裂患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各54例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在其基础上,行药物自我管理训练,比较两组患者的精神分裂症状、依从性等。结果观察组护理3个月后的PANSS总分(31.47±6.93)分相比对照组低(P<0.01);观察组护理3个月后的用药依从率96.30%相比对照组高(P<0.01);观察组BPRS评分(21.34±1.20)分相比对照组低(P<0.01)。结论药物自我管理训练能有效减轻精神分裂症患者病情,改善精神状态,提升药物依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of self-management training on medication in patients with schizophrenia.Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with schizophrenia were collected from those who had been diagnosed and treated in the department from July 2016 to July 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group underwent self-management training on medication.The schizophrenia symptoms and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of PANSS in the observation group was(31.47±6.93)points after treatment for 3 months,lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The compliance rate in the observation group after treatment for 3 months was 96.30%,higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The BPRS score in the observation group was(21.34±1.20)points,lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion For patients with schizophrenia,self-management training on medication can help alleviate their condition,and improve their mental state and their compliance with medication.
