护理干预在膝关节置换术后预防深静脉血栓中的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis After Knee Joint Replacement

目的探究分析护理干预方式在膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓中的影响效果。方法选取2016年5月-2018年5月我院所收治的共计208名人工膝关节置换术患者作为受试者,将所有的患者按照入院先后的随机分配顺序分为对照组与观察组。其中对照组人数共计104名,实施常规护理方式,观察组人数共计104名,实施护理干预方式,从术前、术中、术后等进行相应的干预工作。对比两组患者在临床治疗护理完成之后的深静脉血栓的发生率、患者的护理满意度等方面。结果观察组的整体护理效果高于对照组,患者的护理满意度、生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在当前阶段针对人工膝关节置换术后可能出现的深静脉血栓情况,通过护理干预的方式能够有效的提升护理的效果,同时对患者的护理满意度也具有一定的积极意义。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention in deep vein thrombosis after knee joint replacement.Methods A total of 208 patients with total knee arthroplasty admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as study subjects.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.Among them,104 people in the control group were given routine nursing.There were 104 patients in the observation group.Nursing intervention was implemented.Preoperative,intraoperative and post-operative interventions were carried out.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)and patients’satisfaction with nursing after the completion of clinical treatment and nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The overall nursing effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the patients’nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the current stage,nursing intervention can effectively improve the effect of nursing in the case of deep vein thrombosis that may occur after artificial knee joint replacement.Meanwhile,nursing satisfaction of patients is also of certain positive significance.
