摘要
在非零变位原理的基础上,对弧齿锥齿轮进行非零正传动设计,能够增大齿轮的强度;基于局部综合法,进行齿轮副的加工参数设计,可以提高齿轮的重合度;结合非零正传动与局部综合法,利用TCA技术对齿面接触区进行预控。通过UG10.0软件创建齿轮的三维模型与装配图,构造出大小齿轮的单齿模型及分割曲面,并导入ABAQUS6.13-1软件中,创建3齿对有限元分析模型,并针对单对齿轮副的啮合过程进行强度分析。通过设计举例,将非零正传动设计与常规设计作为对比分析,研究结果表明,非零正传动弧齿锥齿轮的强度高,具有更大的承载能力。
On the basis of the non-zero displacement principle,the non-zero-positive transmission spiral bevel gear has higher strength;based on the local synthesis method,the machining parameter design of the gear pair can improve contact ratio;combining non-zero-positive transmission and local synthesis method,using TCA technology to pre-control the tooth surface contact area.The three-dimensional model and assembly drawing of the gear were created by UG10.0,and the single-tooth model and the segmentation surface of the gear and the pinion were constructed and imported into the ABAQUS6.13-1 software to establish a 3-tooth finite element analysis model for a pair of gear pairs.The meshing process performed strength analysis.Through the design example,the non-zero-positive transmission design and the conventional design were compared.The research results show that the non-zero-positive transmission spiral bevel gear has high strength and greater bearing capacity.
