摘要
利用金昌市气象观测提供的各项气候要素数据,对2018年金昌当地气温和降水等气象要素和当地灾害性天气气候事件特征及影响进行分析。结果表明,金昌市2018年平均气温9.4℃,与历史同期相比偏低0.1℃;年降水量96.7mm,与历年同期相比偏少20.8%;主要气象灾害有大风、寒潮、霜冻、局地短时强降水等,成灾的主要原因是局地短时强降水,对工农业生产造成一定的影响。通过分析2018年气温、降水等气象资料,为防灾减灾工作决策提供参考依据,从而有效防御气象灾害。
Based on the data of climatic elements provided by Jinchang meteorological observation,local meteorological elements such as temperature and precipitation and disastrous weather in 2018 were analyzed.The results showed that the average temperature of Jinchang City in 2018 was 9.4 ℃,which was slightly lower than that of the same period in history by 0.1 ℃;the annual precipitation is 96.7 mm,which was 20.8% less than that of the same period in previous years;the main meteorological disasters were gale,cold wave,frost,local short-term heavy precipitation and other disastrous weather,the main cause of disasters was local short-term heavy precipitation,which had a certain impact on industrial and agricultural production.By analyzing the meteorological data such as temperature and precipitation in 2018,this paper provided basic scientific facts and reference basis for decision-making of disaster prevention and mitigation,so as to effectively prevent meteorological disasters.
