马克思的劳动价值理论及劳动休闲观对我们建立健康的、以人为本的社会主义市场经济具有重要的指导作用,也为我们分析今天遇到的新问题提供重要的参考价值——“996工作制”与马克思主义劳动观念完全背离。“996”事件反映出当前我国某些劳动领域中存在劳动现实与健康的劳动发展观念相悖的情况。在人口红利的末期,如何认识劳动的本质,如何将劳动从现实需要转化为另一种可持续发展的必要条件,成为我们今天必须面临的课题。

Marx's labor value theory and labor leisure view play an important role in guiding us to build a healthy and people-oriented socialist market economy.It also provides important reference value for us to analyze the new problems we encounter today:The"996 Work System"completely deviates from the Marxist concept of labor.The"996"incident reflects the contradiction between the reality of labor and the healthy concept of labor development in some areas of our country.At the end of the demographic dividend,how to understand the nature of labor,how to transform labor from the actual needs into another necessary condition for sustainable development,has become a subject we must face today.
