高校专项巡视发现的问题及对策分析——以河北省30所本科高校为样本

Problems and Countermeasures in the Special Inspection of Universities——Analysis of 30 Universities in Hebei Province

新时代以来,专项巡视作为推进巡视全覆盖的靶向利器,被广泛运用于高校巡视工作。通过分析河北省30所本科高校专项巡视的反馈情况文本,发现高校的问题集中在根本制度、党建、干部人事、校园规划建设、财务、纪检监督和其他等7个方面。高校应以专项巡视为契机,从修订完善学校制度,严格执行制度规定,全面落实监督职责,全程动态反馈调节等方面共同着力,提升办学治校能力。

Since the new era,special inspections are widely used in universities inspections.Through the analysis of the feedback of 30 universities in Hebei Province,which was specially inspected by the Hebei Provincial Party Committee,it was found that the problems of the inspected universities were concentrated in seven aspects,such as the basic system of the university,party building,cadre and personnel administration,campus planning and construction,finance,discipline inspection and supervision,and others.Universities should take the special inspection as an opportunity to make joint efforts in revising and improving the school system,strictly implementing the rules and regulations,fully implementing the supervisory responsibilities,and making dynamic feedback and adjustment in the whole process,so as to improve the ability of running the school.
