改革开放以来山西省旅游经济增长特征研究——基于增速、结构和地位的多维度分析

Study on the Characteristics of Tourism Economic Growth in Shanxi Province Since the Reform and Opening-up:a Multidimensional Analysis Based on Growth Rate, Structure and Status

大力发展旅游业是促进山西省资源型经济转型的客观要求。本文运用统计分析法、对比分析法等方法,从增速、结构和地位3个维度,深入分析了改革开放以来山西省旅游经济的增长特征,并提出了促进山西旅游业优质发展的相关政策建议。结果显示:1)山西省旅游经济增速呈现低速增长阶段、高速增长阶段和平稳增长阶段的三阶段分异特征;2)山西省旅游外汇收入占旅游经济规模的比重偏低且呈现明显的下降趋势;3)山西省旅游经济在其国民经济和我国旅游经济中的地位得到了大幅提升。并提出今后应采取实施旅游精品战略、加强旅游创新投入、推进区域旅游合作等措施,促进山西旅游业优质发展。

It’s the objective requirement for promoting the transformation of resource-based economy in Shanxi province that to vigorously develop the tourism industry. By using the methods of statistical analysis and comparative analysis, an in-depth analysis was made on the growth characteristics of tourism economy in Shanxi province, since the reform and opening up from three dimensions of growth rate, structure and status, then the relevant policy suggestions were put forward to promote the tourism industry of Shanxi province developing high-quality. The results showed that:1)there was a characteristic of three-stages differentiation of tourism economy in Shanxi province, which included low-speed growth stage, high-speed growth stage and stable growth stage. 2)It was relatively low and showed a significant downward trend that the proportion of international tourism receipts in the scale of tourism economy in Shanxi province. 3)It has been greatly improved that the status of tourism economy in national economy of Shanxi province and tourism economy of the whole country. In order to promote the tourism industry of Shanxi province developing high-quality, these measures should be taken in the future, which included implementing the strategy of excellent tourism products, strengthening the investment in tourism innovation, and promoting regional tourism cooperation.
