China has set off a new upsurge in building county-level media convergence centers.As one of the pioneers of county media convergence in Yunnan Province,Yangbi County has gained some experience through the practice of media convergence reform in the past two years.The foundation is breaking through the system reform in the construction of county-level media convergence centers.The key is the innovative operation mechanism.The guarantee is the establishment of a good technology platform.These three elements are indispensable.This article analyses the above three aspects by combining the work situation of Yangbi County,hoping to provide useful exploration and value for the county-level media convergence construction work.
