环卫工人专属保险设计及精算模型

摘要 通过对环卫工人的工作现状和所面临风险进行调查分析,发现环卫工人其职业的特殊性,在工作上所面临的安全风险较高,工作强度高,收入待遇低,相关福利制度不够完善,从而造成环卫队伍流动性大、不稳定,不利于环卫事业健康发展。为了更好地加强环卫工人在职期间风险保障和退休养老保障,有针对性设计一款环卫工人专属保险,同时结合奖惩系统构建保费调整机制,建立保险定价的精算模型。该保险产品不仅提高环卫工人风险抵御能力,也鼓励环卫企业更加注重环卫工人安全防范,保障环卫工人的人身安全,提高环卫工人积极性,以稳定环卫队伍,降低环卫企业的管理成本,促进环卫事业可持续健康地发展。 Through investigating and analyzing the working status and risks faced by sanitation workers,it is found that the particularity of their occupation,the safety risks faced by sanitation workers in their work are higher,the intensity of their work is higher,the income is lower,and the related welfare system is not perfect enough,which results in large mobility and instability of the sanitation team and is not conducive to sanitation.The cause is developing healthily.In order to better strengthen the risk protection and retirement pension protection of environmental sanitation workers during their working period,a special insurance for environmental sanitation workers is designed.At the same time,a premium adjustment mechanism is constructed based on reward and punishment system,and an actuarial model of insurance pricing is established.This insurance product not only improves the risk resistance ability of the sanitation workers,but also encourages the sanitation companies to pay more attention to the safety prevention of the sanitation workers,ensure the personal safety of the sanitation workers,and enhance the enthusiasm of the sanitation workers,so as to stabilize the sanitation team,reduce the management cost of the sanitation companies and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the sanitation industry.
