摘要
动物胎儿宫内生长受限(IUGR)发病率约为10%~20%,已发现IUGR严重影响子代个体生长发育,出生后会引起多种疾病,是国内外家畜繁殖中的主要研究热点之一。但对于IUGR,临床并没有高效满意的治疗方法,主要以产前预防为主。牛磺酸是一种非蛋白质的游离氨基酸,越来越多的研究表明牛磺酸对胎儿及新生儿发育以及中枢神经系统具有重要作用,孕期补充牛磺酸在预防IUGR患儿脑神经发育方面具有一定成效。论文对IUGR的发生和牛磺酸在各个系统预防IUGR作用与应用进行综述,为进一步探讨牛磺酸预防IUGR的发生提供参考。
The limited incidence of intrauterine growth (IUGR) in animals is 10%-20%,which seriously affects the growth and development of the individual.It has been found that it can cause many kinds of diseases.It is one of the main research hotspots in domestic and foreign animal breeding.For IUGR,there is no efficient and satisfactory treatment method,mainly prenatal prevention.Taurine is a non-protein free amino acid. More and more literatures indicate that taurine plays an important role in the growth and development of fetus and neonates as well as the central nervous system.It has been confirmed that supplementation of taurine during pregnancy can prevent the development of fetal brain with IUGR,but there is little research on other systems.This paper reviewed the occurrence of IUGR and the role and application of taurine in the prevention of IUGR in various systems,providing a reference for further exploring the prevention of IUGR by taurine.
