柞蚕蛹蛋白与柞蚕卵特异蛋白对小鼠免疫功能的影响研究

On Immune Function of Mice Immunized by Tussah Pupa Protein and Tussah Egg Specific Protein

目的:探讨柞蚕蛹蛋白与柞蚕卵特异蛋白对小鼠免疫功能作用的影响。方法:测定柞蚕蛹蛋白与柞蚕卵特异蛋白对小鼠免疫器官重量、淋巴细胞增殖、免疫细胞分泌因子IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ含量的影响。结果:蛋白组与对照组相比,蛋白组能够增加小鼠胸腺指数,增加小鼠免疫细胞生成数量,促进细胞分泌因子IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ含量,且同剂量下柞蚕卵特异蛋白效果更为明显。结论:柞蚕蛹蛋白及柞蚕卵特异蛋白质具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用,且柞蚕卵特异蛋白促进小鼠免疫功能作用高于柞蚕蛹蛋白。

To investigate the effects of tussah pupa protein and tussah egg specific protein on immune function in mice,the effects of tussah scorpion protein and tussah egg specific protein on the weight of immune organs,lymphocyte proliferation,immune cell secretory factors IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γwere determined.Results showed compared with the control group,each index could increase the mouse thymus index,increase the number of mouse immune cells,promote the secretion of IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γ,and the same dose of tussah egg-specific protein.The effect is more obvious.Therefore,it is concluded that tussah pupa protein and tussah egg-specific protein can enhance the immune function of mice,and tussah egg-specific protein better promotes the immune function of mice than that of tussah pupa protein.
