摘要
波纹钢腹板组合箱梁对混凝土和钢材和的受力特点进行了综合利用,具有明显的优势,已在铁路上投入到实际应用中。在波纹钢腹板连续组合箱梁静载试验的基础上,对波纹钢腹板连续组合箱梁的结构受力性能进行了深入研究。研究结果表明:波纹钢腹板连续组合箱梁的边跨梁的变形具有滞后现象,中跨弯曲变形随荷载的增加呈线性增加。试验梁各观测截面测点纵向应变符合“拟平截面假定”。随着荷载等级的增加,试验梁的体外预应力增量呈线性增加,变化趋势与中跨跨中挠度趋势相似。试验梁中跨观测截面界面剪切滑移值基本相同,中跨1/4截面剪切滑移值大于中跨跨中截面,且中支座截面剪切滑移值接近于零。研究结果可为波形刚腹板连续组合箱梁的工程应用提供技术参考。
The composite box girder with corrugated steel webs comprehensively utilizes the mechanical characteristics of concrete and steel, which shows significant advantage on mechanical performance. To ascertain the mechanical properties of composite box girder with corrugated steel webs, the bending-shear performance were investigated by the model test. The results show that the deformation of the side span is lagging, while the deflection of the middle span measure section are linearly increased. The longitudinal strain distribution along the section height of beam model accords with the "quasi-plane assumption". The external prestress increment is linearly associated with load, whose trend is similar to the mid-span deflection. The steel-concrete composite interface shear slip between the concrete top flange and steel web essentially equals to that between the concrete bottom fange and steel web, the value of the mid-span section is much smaller than that of the middle 1/4 section, and the pier section is almost to zero. The research conclusions can provide technical reference for the engineering application of continuous composite box girder with corrugated steel webs.
