蒙华铁路基床本体填料制备技术

摘要 为了快速准确的在填料中最大量掺入风积沙,按风积沙中0.25 mm颗粒含量≥40%、≥30%、≥20%、≥10%将风积沙分为A级、B级、C级、D级,采用0.25 mm和2 mm含量控制方法对风积沙进行掺配。结果表明:对于同级别风积沙掺入料在0.25 mm、2 mm控制粒径下,风积沙的掺入量均按以下趋势逐渐增加:3号磅过粗筛>百顺>万成>纳兰西里>胜利乡。以A、B组料的界限来划分掺入料的可掺配性存在一定不合理性,不均匀系数的高低与基床底层填料掺配的经济性(风积沙掺量高低)相关性较低,而曲率系数能很好地描述掺配的好坏与A、B组填料的优劣。C级、D级风积沙,在2 mm控制粒径掺配下的风积沙掺量大于以0.25 mm控制粒径下的风积沙掺量;A级风积沙以0.25 mm控制粒级进行掺配试验更能有效的提高风积沙掺量。 In order to quickly and accurately mix the maximum amount of aeolian sand into the filler.According to the content of 0.25 mm particles in aeolian sand≥40%,≥30%,≥20%and≥10%,the aeolian sand is divided into grade A,grade B,grade C and grade D.the method of 0.25 mm and 2 mm content control was used to mix the aeolian sand.The results showed that under the control of the particle size(0.25 mm,2 mm)of the same grade of aeolian sand admixture,the amount of sand added in each combination was gradually increased according to the following trend:No.3 Pound Field>Baishun>Wancheng>Nalanxili>Shengli Township.There is some irrationality to draw the admixture with the limit of group A and B,and the correlation between the inhomogeneity coefficient and the economy(the amount of aeolian sand)of the bottom packing of the base bed is low,while the curvature coefficient can well describe the quality of admixture and the good or bad of group A and B fillers.For the grade C and D arolian sands,the amount of aeolian sand mixed with 2 mm controlled particle size is larger than that with 0.25 mm control particle size,and grade A aeolian sand with 0.25 mm controlled particle level can effectively increase the amount of aeolian sand admixture.
