水力式挖泥船真空测量装置与施工工艺控制研究

摘要 真空测量装置对水力式挖泥船泥泵运行状态监测和施工工艺控制至关重要,其主要有相对压力表和相对压差表2种形式,2种真空测量装置的示数物理意义和范围均有不同,需要在挖泥操作、施工分析时有所区别。对比了不同形式真空测量装置的原理和特点,介绍了国内常见挖泥船真空测量装置配备情况以及不同形式真空测量装置的施工工艺控制方法,并对施工中常见认识偏差所造成的产量影响进行分析,供挖泥船操作人员和工艺研究人员参考。 Vacuum measuring device is very important for operation condition monitoring of mud pump and construction technology control of hydraulic dredger.There are two different types of relative pressure gauge and relative difference-pressure gauge.The physical significance and application scope on indication number of the two kinds of vacuum gauge are different,which need to be different in dredging operation and process analysis.We compared the principles and characteristics of different types of vacuum measuring devices,introduced the application of common vacuum measuring devices of dredgers in China and the construction technology control measures of different types of vacuum measuring devices.The influence degree of production caused by misunderstanding of common parts in construction is also analyzed,which can be used as a reference for dredger operators and technicians.
