摘要
目的:基于网络药理学方法,初步研究六味五灵片抗乙型病毒性肝炎的潜在作用靶点。方法:基于中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台获取六味五灵片活性成分及其对应靶点蛋白,通过人类孟德尔遗传综合数据库获取乙型病毒性肝炎的疾病作用靶点,构建六味五灵片抗乙型病毒性肝炎的“成分-靶点-疾病”交互网络图,并通过可视化分析,预测六味五灵片抗乙型病毒性肝炎的有效成分及潜在作用靶点。结果:预测结果表明,六味五灵片可能是通过直接作用于肝细胞生长因子受体、白细胞介素10、雄激素受体及肿瘤坏死因子等靶点蛋白,并通过调节细胞因子-细胞因子受体信号通路、恶性肿瘤相关通路和细胞凋亡等信号通路,达到抗乙型病毒性肝炎的作用。结论:本研究通过网络药理学方法,初步揭示了六味五灵片抗乙型病毒性肝炎的潜在调控网络,为其后续研究及应用提供了参考。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the potential targets of Liuwei Wuling tablets in treatment of hepatitis B based on network pharmacology. METHODS: Based on the pharmacology database and analysis platform of traditional Chinese medicine system, the active components of Liuwei Wuling tablets and the corresponding target proteins were obtained. The target of disease of hepatitis B virus was obtained through the Mendelian genetic comprehensive database of human beings, and the anti-B type of Liuwei Wuling tablets was constructed. The "component-target-disease" interactive network of viral hepatitis was established, and through visual analysis, the active constituents and potential targets of Liuwei Wuling tablets against hepatitis B virus was predicted. RESULTS: The results suggested that Liuwei Wuling tablets may act through target proteins such as hepatocyte growth factor receptor, interleukin-10, androgen receptor and tumor necrosis factor, and the regulation of cytokine-cytokine receptor signaling pathway, malignant tumor related pathway and cell apoptosis and other signaling pathways, to achieve the anti-viral hepatitis B role. CONCLUSIONS: Through the network pharmacology method, this study preliminarily reveals the potential regulatory network of Liuwei Wuling tablets against viral hepatitis B, provide reference for the follow-up research and application.
