非洛地平缓释片联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片对高血压病伴抑郁症患者血清甲状腺激素水平的影响

Effects of Felodipine Sustained-Release Tablets Combined with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets on Serum Thyroid Hormone Levels in Patients with Hypertension and Depression

目的:探讨非洛地平缓释片联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片对高血压病伴抑郁症患者血清甲状腺激素水平的影响.方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月广西脑科医院收治的高血压病伴抑郁症患者120例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例.对照组患者给予非洛地平缓释片,观察组患者给予非洛地平缓释片联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片.比较两组患者的临床疗效、血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]水平、焦虑抑郁评分、血清甲状腺激素[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)及游离甲状腺素(FT4)]水平、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况的差异.结果:观察组患者的总有效率为96.67%(58/60),明显高于对照组的83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者的SBP、DBP、FT3及FT4水平,汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分明显低于对照组,TSH水平和生理健康、心理健康、生活环境及社会关系评分明显高于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者在治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应.结论:非洛地平缓释片联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗高血压病伴抑郁症的疗效良好,可有效纠正甲状腺激素紊乱,控制血压,减轻抑郁症状,安全性好.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Felodipine sustained-release tablets combined with Escitalopram oxalate tablets on serum thyroid hormone levels in patients with hypertension and depression.METHODS:Totally 120 patients with hypertension and depression admitted into Guangxi Brain Hospital from Jan.2018 to Jan.2019 were extracted to be divided into the observation group and the control group via the random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given Felodipine sustained-release tablets,while the observation group received Felodipine sustained-release tablets combined with Escitalopram oxalate tablets.Differences of clinical efficacy,blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)]level,anxiety and depression score,serum thyroid hormone[thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)]levels,quality of life scores and adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared.RESULTS:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),significantly higher than that of the control group[83.33%(50/60)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SBP,DBP,FT3,FT4 levels,Hamilton anxiety scale scores and Hamilton depression scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the TSH level,physical health,mental health,living environment and social relationship scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse drug reactions in both groups of patients.CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Felodipine sustained-release tablets combined with Escitalopram oxalate tablets on serum thyroid hormone levels in treatment of patients with hypertension and depression is significant,which can effectively correct the thyroid hormone disorders,control the blood pressure,and reduce the depressive symptoms with higher safety.
