香砂六君丸联合泮托拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Xiangsha Liujun Pills Combined with Pantoprazole in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:探讨香砂六君丸联合泮托拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效.方法:选取2016年6月至2018年6月西部战区空军医院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者106例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例.对照组患者给予泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加服香砂六君丸,均连续治疗2个疗程(4周).观察两组患者的临床疗效、胃镜病理积分、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为94.34%(50/53),明显高于对照组的79.25%(42/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者胃镜病理积分、中医证候积分较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为1.89%(1/53),明显低于对照组的13.21%(7/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:香砂六君丸联合泮托拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效显著,且可减少不良反应.

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujun pills combined with pantoprazole in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.METHODS:Totally 106 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted into Western Theater Air Force Hospita from Jun.2016 to Jun.2018 were extracted to be divided into the observation group and the control group via the random number table,with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with pantoprazole enteric-coated capsule,while the observation group received with Xiangsha Liujun pills on the basis of the control group.Both groups received two consecutive courses of treatment(4 weeks).The clinical efficacy,gastroscopic pathological scores,TCM syndrome scores and adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed.RESULTS:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.34%(50/53),significantly higher than that of the control group[79.25%(42/53)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastroscopic pathological scores and TCM syndrome scores of two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 1.89%(1/53),significantly lower than that in the control group[13.21%(7/53)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Xiangsha Liujun pills combined with pantoprazole in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is significant,which can reduce the adverse drug reactions.
