摘要
以公司产某型号铝合金吸能盒产品为研究对象,设计采用不同试验速度和引导角度对其进行轴向压溃试验,通过对试验结果中峰值载荷和吸收能量进行分析,研究其对吸能特性的影响。结果表明,当引导角度为10°时,吸能特性较好;试验速度对吸能特性的影响并不明显。
In this paper,a certain type of aluminum alloy energy absorption box produced by the company is taken as the research object.The axial crushing test is carried out with different test speeds and guiding angles.According to the analysis of the peak load and absorbed energy in the test results,the influence on the energy absorption characteristics is studied.The results show that when the load angle is 10°,the energy absorption characteristics are better,the effect of test speed on energy absorption is not obvious.
