摘要
文章通过多种分析手段,对6110A铝合金在锻造时缺陷的产生原因进行分析,确认了缺陷是内部聚集的粗大金属化合物在变形量大时破碎,呈空洞或裂缝存在,破坏了基体连续性,在加工时石墨或其他脏污杂质流入缝隙所导致;最后从合金元素含量、熔铸工艺等方面提出了解决建议。
In this paper,the causes of defects in 6110A aluminum alloy during forging are analyzed by various analytical methods.It is confirmed that the defects are caused by the internal aggregation of thick metal compounds broken.The defects appear as holes or cracks,which destroys the continuity of the matrix.It is caused by graphite or other dirty impurities flowing into the crack during processing.At last,some suggestions on the content of alloying elements and the casting process are put forward.
