摘要
文章针对企业C19400合金铸锭在热轧生产过程中出现板带开裂问题,借助OM、SEM和EDS检测分析,对开裂原因进行了分析;通过控制铸坯杂质含量、改进铸造工艺、优化热轧道次加工率等措施,解决了C19400合金热轧板开裂的问题。
In this paper,the cracking of C19400 alloy ingot in hot rolling process is analyzed by means of OM,SEM and EDS.The cracking problem of C19400 alloy hot rolled plate was solved by controlling the impurity content,improving the casting process and optimizing the hot rolled pass rate.
