摘要
通过对圆盘剪使用时,剪切薄料一段时间后出现打刀现象和上刀轴不明原因发热异常两个问题的排查解决,着重分析了线膨胀对圆盘剪精度的影响。
The following problems occurred in the use of disc shears in an aluminum processing plant:Knife cutting occurs when shearing thin materials and abnormal heating due to unknown knife shaft.In this paper,the influence of underside expansion on the accuracy of disc shears is emphatically analyzed after the investigation and solution of the above two problems.
