随着科技体制改革逐步深入,战略新兴产业新型研发机构面临着提质增效的迫切任务。从深入认知战略新兴产业新型研发机构入手,明确其核心要义和鲜明特征。据此结合实践,从空间布局、动力转换、研发结构与建设模式四个层面,系统阐释当前战略新兴产业新型研发机构建设困境。基于上述问题,从空间辐射、科研信息化、研发链覆盖与模式优化四个关键角度,针对性提出战略新兴产业新型研发机构建设路径。
