摘要 基于对清河近十年河道综合整治成果的各项调查资料,构建清河生态治理后评价指标体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标体系的权重,通过运用模糊理论构建评价模型对清河生态治理进行综合评价,最终得分为0.892;清河生态治理工程的模糊综合评价结果处于第一等级,为“优”。评价结果表明,清河生态治理工程取得较好成效,有效改善了清河水生态环境,而且促进了区域经济社会发展,为北京城市发展创造了巨大的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。在既有研究成果的基础上,进一步分析当前清河水环境治理面临的问题,并提出相应建议,以期为改善清河流域水环境、促进流域长效治理提供参考。 Based on the survey data of Qinghe river comprehensive improvement results in the past ten years,the Qinghe ecological management post-evaluation index system was constructed,and the weight of the index system was determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).Then the fuzzy theory was used to construct the evaluation model for Qinghe ecological management.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was carried out.The results show that the Qinghe ecological treatment project has achieved good results,not only effectively improving the Qinghe water ecological environment,but also promoting regional economic and social development,creating huge ecological,economic and social benefits for Beijing′s urban development.On the basis of the existing research results,the problems faced in the current Qinghe water environment management are further analyzed,and corresponding suggestions are put forward to provide reference for improving the water environment of the Qinghe river basin and promoting long-term river basin management.
