早期专项化培养模式与多元化青少年体育发展的探究

采用文献资料法等,对早期专项化和青少年多元化体育建设发展进行阐释,在肯定早期专项化模式存在的意义上分析该模式发展过程中存在的问题,并对多元化体育工程能有效建设体育强国和培养竞技体育后备人才做出分析,为我国竞技体育在未来取得更好的发展和后备人才可持续发展提供参考。

By using the method of literature materials,this paper explains the development of sports construction and diversification of young people in the early stage,analyzes the problems in the development process of this mode in the significance of affirming the existence of early specialization,and analyzes the effect of diversified sports engineering construction on China’s construction of sports power and cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents,so as to provide reference for China’s competitive sports to achieve better development and sustainable development of reserve talents in the future.
